Arrival
Upon arrival for setup with a Van, Truck or Car, please have your stand number ready to present. You will be given an appropriate parking space with a short delivery way for drop-off of materials at your stand.
Upon completion of unloading, you are kindly asked to move your vehicle to the long term parking or outside the exhibit grounds.
In the event you will be present on the setup days, we recommend to bring your own food and drinks with you as there will not be food or drink services available.
During the exhibition open days, the Boatshuttle is scheduled to leave at 9am by the Jannowitzbrucke U&S bahn station, direct in front of the Chinese Embassy. This should provide ample timing to setup your stands and booths for the day. When you do plan to use the shuttle, please try to arrive 15 minutes prior to departure for loading of all passengers.
If you are planning to use your car daily, please create carpools as the parking is limited on the Funkhaus grounds. Public transportation is also available and easy to use. (Trains, Streetcars,Busses,Taxis & Carsharing.)

Misc.
The table dimensions are normally 2,50m (full table) OR 1,24m (half a table) wide and 72cm deep. The table top is 90cm from the floor. Exhibitors should bring their branded banners with the maximum size of 2m x 0,50m (full table) or 1m x 0,50m (half table). Power sockets with 230v,16A will be provided.
All packing and supply materials should be stored under the tables. By the large stands , we will seek to provide alternative storage areas.
The teardown or deconstruction of stands are not allowed before the 2nd of April at 8pm.
